Q: How do I shop at Shop Luxuria?

A: Shopping online with us is easy!

  • Click on the name of a designer from the Luxury Designers drop-down menu
  • Click on the item you want to purchase
  • Add the item to your Shopping Bag
  • Review your Shopping Bag
  • Follow the directions to make your purchase.

Q: What payment methods are accepted — do you accept credit cards?

A: We accept payments via PayPal, which means that credit card payments are also accepted.

Q: What shipping methods are available?

A: We use Singapore Post for all standard deliveries worldwide. Tracking information will be provided by e-mail. Expedited shipping services (such as DHL and UPS for international deliveries, or same-day/next-day courier service within Singapore) are also available; please contact us if you wish to make use of these services. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery within Singapore, and up to 14 business days for overseas addresses (postal charges apply).

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase, as long as the items in the same condition they were shipped out in — brand new, unused, with all accompanying items (such as dustbags and care cards), as well as the security tag intact.

Please note that:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Returns are for store credit, which can be used for anything else in the store within one year.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required and can be obtained by contacting us.
  • Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
  • Items we receive by mail without a RMA, or that do not fully meet our return policy requirements cannot be processed, and will be returned to the sender by Singapore Post.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: We cannot accept item exchanges at this time, due to the exclusive nature and limited quantity of the products available.

Q: I’m looking for a specific item, can you help me?

A: Wishlists are always welcome — you never know what we might be able to track down for you! Send us an e-mail to let us know what you are looking for.

Q: What currency are your products sold in?

A: All Shop Luxuria prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If you’re looking for a currency converter, we like this one from XE.com.

Q: Are all your products authentic?

A: Yes, everything we feature on our website is absolutely brand new and authentic. We do our best to ensure that clear, detailed photographs are provided for all items.

Q: I’m having some technical difficulties viewing your site, can you help?

A: This site has been optimized for use with the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, as certain features may not display as intended on older web browsers.
